Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to a hotel in Arusha Tanzania
Fly and land into Arusha airport where you will meet your driver guide for pre-safari briefing. After, connect to the accommodation facility you booked when arranging your safari in Tanzania. Retire for the night after dinner as you wait for the next day to connect to Lake Manyara National Park.
Day 2: Lake Manyara safari
Have a delicious cup of coffee or tea and after, meet your guide ready to hit the road to Lake Manyara National Park. Arrive early and proceed for a game drive to enjoy the parks amazing wildlife species including the tree climbing lions, monkeys, birds, buffaloes and others. A picnic lunch be enjoyed in the wild while enjoying the Great Rift Valley views. Continue with your game viewing experience in the afternoon and if time allows, proceed to Maasai Village for cultural/community tour. After, return while viewing the rift valley escarpment.
Day 3: Drive to Serengeti Plains
Wake up and have your hefty breakfast in one of the Lake Manyara’s lodges. Drive to Serengeti National Park afterwards and while en-route, Ol Duvai Gorge will be your area of interest for a stop visit. Proceed to Serengeti Plains and upon early arrival, you will have a game drive on descent into Ngorongoro Crater to look out for the big game plus other species.
Day 4: Tour Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you have the whole day exploring and experiencing the vast savannas of the Serengeti National Park.
