Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: 28/12.2025. Arrival in Uganda – Pickup from Entebbe International Airport.

Your driver-guide will welcome you at Entebbe Airport and brief you about the safari. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy an optional Kampala or Entebbe city tour. Later, check in at your hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 2: 29/12.2025. Drive to Kibale Forest & Bigodi Wetland Walk.

After breakfast, drive through scenic tea plantations to Kibale National Park, home to 13 primate species. After lunch, enjoy a guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary where you’ll spot Great Blue Turacos, baboons, and meet local communities.
Main Destination: Kibale Forest National Park.
Accommodation: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge (Mid-range lodge near Kibale)

Day 3: 30/12/2025. Chimpanzee Tracking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP.


Begin with a morning chimpanzee trek in Kibale Forest. Spot other primates like L’Hoest’s monkeys and Mangabeys. After lunch, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions and diverse wildlife.

Day 4: 31/12/2025. Game Drive & Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel.

Enjoy an early morning game drive in Kasenyi plains, spotting lions, elephants, buffalo, and leopards. In the afternoon, take a relaxing boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife thrive.

Day 5: 1/1/2026. Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha Sector.

After breakfast, drive through Ishasha sector, famous for tree-climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to over 400 mountain gorillas.
Main Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 6: 2/1/2026. Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi & Cultural Experience.

Start early with a briefing before your gorilla trekking adventure. The trek may take 2–7 hours, but the magical encounter with mountain gorillas makes it worthwhile. In the evening, visit Batwa and Bakiga communities for a cultural tour.

Accommodation: Ride 4 a Woman

Day 7: 3/1/2026. Return to Kampala & Departure.

After breakfast, drive back to Kampala with a stop at the Ugandan Equator for lunch and photos. You’ll be dropped off in Kampala or Entebbe Airport for your onward flight.
